Introduction
The LUMANT Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer Policy (hereinafter - the "AML/KYC Policy") aims to prevent and reduce the risk of coinpacto.io being implicated in illegal activities.
International and local regulations require LUMANT to implement effective internal procedures and mechanisms to prevent activities such as money laundering, terrorist financing, drug and human trafficking, the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, corruption, and bribery. Additionally, LUMANT must act upon any suspicious activity detected among its customers.
This AML/KYC Policy is applicable to all LUMANT customers. By creating an account on our website and/or using our services, customer agree to this AML/KYC Policy and commit to following its procedures.

Verification procedures
Customer due diligence (CDD) is a globally recognized standard for preventing illegal activities. Accordingly, LUMANT enforces its own verification procedures in line with AML and KYC frameworks.
Identity Verification: To verify identity, LUMANT requires customers to submit reliable information or documents such as a national ID or international passport. LUMANT reserves the right to collect this identification information and to employ all legal methods tо confirm the authenticity of the documents provided. Customers deemed risky or suspicious may be subject to further investigation.
Identity verification may be conducted on an ongoing basis, particularly if a customer’s identification information changes or their activities appear suspicious. LUMANT reserves the right to request updated documents even from customers who have previously passed identity verification.
All customer identification information will be collected, stored, shared, and protected in accordance with LUMANT’s Privacy Policy and relevant regulations.

Proof of Address: To verify the customer’s residential address, LUMANT may request documents such as a bank statement or utility bill. These documents must clearly display the customer’s full name, current address, and date of issue to be considered valid proof of address.

Transaction monitoring: In addition to identity verification, LUMANT utilizes internal transaction monitoring mechanisms to identify potentially suspicious activities. All customer transactions undergo automatic analysis based on established criteria, including checks against international and local sanction lists. If suspicious activity is detected, LUMANT reserves the right to request additional information and conduct an internal investigation.
Card verification: Customers intending to use payment cards with LUMANT’s services must complete card verification in accordance with the instructions provided on the LUMANT website. This procedure may include checking the validity of the card and confirming its ownership by the customer.
Sanctions and account blocking: If suspicious activity or discrepancies in the documents are detected, LUMANT reserves the right to temporarily suspend a customer's account or reject transactions until the internal investigation is completed. In case of violations, LUMANT may block the customer’s account without prior notice and forward the information to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
Customer obligations: Customers are required to provide up-to-date information in a timely manner and notify the company of any changes in their identification information or activities. Failure to comply with these obligations may result in transaction delays or temporary account suspension.
